Cancellation

At Khana & Company, we strive to provide fresh and timely food service. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations are subject to the following policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Preparation: Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing the order for a full refund.
  • After Preparation Begins: Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible, and no refunds will be issued.
  • For Scheduled Orders: Pre-scheduled orders must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

How to Cancel an Order

  • Reason for cancellation

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 1 business days.
  • If the order is canceled after preparation, no refunds will be issued.

Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Unavailability of ingredients or menu items.
  • Delivery location outside our service area.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, kitchen issues).

In such cases, a full refund or alternative compensation will be offered.
